Job Overview

We are hiring a full time LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach Expert to drive client acquisition from the USA market. Your main role will be to build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with high-level decision-makers and convert them into warm leads or sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify ideal client profiles on LinkedIn (USA-based).
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
Run daily outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Lemlist, Zopto).
Book discovery/sales calls for the sales team.
Track responses, optimize scripts, and report weekly progress.




Build and maintain relationships with potential clients on LinkedIn.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach or B2B lead generation.
Solid written communication and copywriting skills.
Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
Experience in targeting and communicating with US-based clients.
Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.

Bonus Skills
Experience in a marketing agency or B2B SaaS workplace.
Understanding of US sales psychology and buyer behavior.
