Job Title: Draftsman / CAD Designer

Job Type: Full time / Part-Time as per discussion

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Interpret architectural, structural, or interiors designs and translate them into detailed drawings
Modify and revise existing drawings as requested by clients or project leads
Ensure all drawings comply with industry and company standards
Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Draftsman or CAD Technician
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup or other relevant drafting tools
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of engineering,



architectural, or construction principles
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong communication and time-management skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
