Malathi Silks is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations efficiently while ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate bills using POS software
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment modes
Ensure proper GST billing compliance
Maintain daily sales reports and cash reconciliation
Verify product codes, pricing, and discounts before billing
Coordinate with sales team for smooth customer flow
Handle exchanges, returns, and credit notes as per company policy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of billing counter
Support in stock entry or basic inventory updates if required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,663.33 per month
