Your Role- Manage and support Oracle Tuxedo middleware environments on IBM AIX to ensure high availability and performance.
Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of Tuxedo platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including log analysis, RCA, and handling P1/P2 incidents under strict SLAs.
Participate in 24×7 on‑call rotation, support critical events (including AU hours), and maintain accurate documentation and SOPs.
Your Profile- 9+ years of deep expertise in Oracle Tuxedo administration with robust hands‑on experience in designing, managing,



and optimizing middleware platforms on IBM AIX.
Proven ability to tune performance, configure domains, manage queues, and troubleshoot complex issues in mission‑critical Tuxedo environments.
Strong understanding of Tuxedo architecture, load balancing, failover, and high‑availability mechanisms, ensuring secure enterprise operations.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, with consistent participation in P1/P2 on‑call support, plus solid documentation discipline (SOPs, runbooks, knowledge bases).
