Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site execution activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project timelines.
Manage and monitor contractors, labour teams, and subcontractors at site.
Coordinate material planning, stock monitoring, and site material consumption.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance scheduling of machinery and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
Enforce site safety procedures, toolbox talks, and accident prevention practices.
Maintain daily attendance records, DPR reports, and site progress updates.
Read and interpret civil drawings, BOQ, and execution plans accurately.
Monitor productivity and take corrective actions to improve site efficiency.
Train and guide junior staff and labour teams on execution standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
