Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing and footwear products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products
Ensure stock availability and coordinate with inventory team for replenishment
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions
