Key Responsibilities:
Visit dealers, retailers, and carpenters in the assigned area.
Promote Kolhar products and generate sales orders.:
Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Collect market information and competitor updates.
Follow up on payments and order deliveries.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Experience in plywood, hardware, or building material sales preferred
Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license
Valuable communication and field sales skills
Willing to travel within North Bihar
Salary & Advantages:
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Travel Allowance (TA) as per company policy
Incentives based on sales performance
