Key Responsibilities: - Support to IPs: Acting as the primary support for Insolvency Specialists in managing the affairs of a Corporate Debtor.
CoC / SCC Management: Participating in Committee of Creditors (CoC) or Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC) meetings and drafting formal minutes.
Claim Verification: Meticulously verifying claims submitted by financial and operational creditors against the company's records.
CIRP & Liquidation: Navigating the end-to-end stages of resolution from the admission of the petition to the final approval of a Resolution Plan or Liquidation order.
Specialized Cases: Exposure to Personal Guarantor (PG) insolvency cases.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
