About Sridhatri Agri Sciences
Bangalore-based trader and exporter of IPM, residue-free, organic, and natural-grade dry spices sourced from Farmer-Producer Organisations (FPOs) and sustainable farms. We serve the nutraceutical, herbal extraction, pharmaceutical, and allied industries, with expanding domestic operations and export plans.

Role Objective
Monitor developments in premium dry spices (primary: turmeric; secondary: ginger), identify market/technology gaps, support New Product Development (NPD), and create value-added products.

Key Responsibilities
Track global/domestic dry spice trends. Understand current/future industry needs.
Collaborate with agricultural universities, research centres,



and nutraceutical/herbal/pharma companies (global/domestic).
Perform market gap analysis; recommend NPD and value-added product ideas.
Research turmeric/ginger cultivation, processing, extracts, certifications, standards, and regulations.

MBA/Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Plant Sciences, Nutraceutical Sciences, Horticulture, Home Science, or related fields. Solid interest in research, market trends, NPD, and innovation.

Required Skills:
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); solid written/spoken English.
