Job description for Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, and ensure that their needs are met throughout their stay.
Manage guest feedback, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.
Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guests' requests are fulfilled.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction ratings.
Promote casino facilities and services
Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and preferences.
Attend training and development sessions as required, to develop skills and knowledge required for the role.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Gaming or VIP services departments





Qualifications:
Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent ; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating effectively with other departments.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be fluent in English, and any additional language is an advantage.
Must be able to stand for extended periods
