We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Intern who will assist in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to sales communication and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products/services in a explicit and skilled manner.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update customer databases (Excel/CRM).
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain daily call reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Achieve assigned calling targets.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
