Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delegate Engagement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize linkedin connects or starting connecting on linkedin for better outreach, industry associations to identify and engage potential delegates for paid awards and events.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire recent delegates and meet or exceed sales targets for both paid and complimentary delegate registrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, delegate interactions, and sales performance metrics to track progress and results.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate persuasively to close sales,



handle objections, and effectively sell paid awards and delegate packages.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Any Field.
Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
