Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic electrical repairs (wiring, switches, lights, etc.)
Handle plumbing work (pipe repairs, leak fixing, fittings installation)
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues quickly
Maintain tools and ensure a safe working environment
Assist in general maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Prior experience in maintenance or a similar role preferred
Ability to use hand and power tools
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to handle manual work

Working Conditions:
Full time / Part-time (as per requirement)
May require adaptable working hours

Salary:
Based on experience
