Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and maintain a qualified attitude at all times.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Verify guest details and maintain proper records in the PMS system.
Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries politely.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest requests.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
