Job Overview:
Medprime Technologies is looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, servicing, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
Ensure equipment performance meets quality and regulatory standards
Maintain service reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or Turner (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year or completed apprenticeship in a relevant field
Good English communication skills to engage with clients from South India
Mandatory residence in Hyderabad or Secunderabad:
Willingness to travel across the South India region:
Hands-on technical expertise in field service operations
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
