This is a full-time Client Relations Coordinator role in the Publication industryat Aimlay.

CTC: 35000

Location: Rohini West (Walkable distance from Metro)

Qualifications
You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients in the publication industry.
Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, managing client accounts, and resolving any client issues.
Prior experience in client relations or customer service roles




Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships
Strong organization and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of the publication industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
