What You'll Do

You'll be the first human voice a customer hears after they reach out to us — often at a point of real frustration with their skin condition. Your job is to listen, understand, and guide them toward the right care.
Connect with customers over Call, WhatsApp, and Chat
Listen deeply to understand their skin concerns and situation
Counsel them about Natura X's holistic, Ayurvedic approach to care
Qualify genuine enquiries and seamlessly hand them off to our doctors
Keep lead records updated in our CRM and follow up consistently




Deliver an experience that feels human, warm, and trustworthy

This isn't a cold-calling role. Customers come to us. Your job is to make sure they feel heard — and confident they're in the right hands.

Who We're Looking For
Any graduate or undergraduate with 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or BPO — especially in D2C, healthcare, or wellness
Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory
Fluency in Tamil and/or Kannada is a solid advantage
A natural communicator who listens as well as they speak
Someone with genuine empathy — you understand that skin conditions affect confidence, not just skin
Prior telesales or counselling experience is a real plus
