The Wellness Counselor at Ayutra Wellness is responsible for understanding clients’ health concerns and lifestyle patterns, providing personalized guidance on wellness and preventive care, and recommending suitable therapies and services offered by the organization. The role includes explaining treatment benefits in a straightforward and convincing manner, maintaining client records, conducting regular follow-ups to track progress, and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for every client. The counselor also supports wellness camps, demonstrations, and promotional activities while building robust, trust-based relationships with clients.
