Assist with bathing, sponging, grooming, oral care, dressing
Manage vitals - BP, pulse, oxygen, temperature
Bedpan/diaper change, infection control
Secure patient movement - bed to chair, wheelchair, etc.
Feed patients (including Ryle’s tube under supervision)
Maintain daily charts
Escort patients to clinics/hospitals when required
Follow hygiene & patient confidentiality protocol
