We are hiring a Google Ads Growth Executive to scale and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Identify growth opportunities through keyword expansion and campaign optimization
Monitor daily performance and improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages
Analyze data and prepare performance reports
Optimize budgets, bids, and Quality Score
Ensure Google Ads policy compliance
Manage multiple client accounts and meet growth targets

Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Google Ads and performance marketing concepts (CTR, CPC, CPA,



ROAS)
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Google Ads Certification preferred (not mandatory)
Graduation in Marketing or related field (preferred)

Experience
Freshers with solid Google Ads knowledge can apply
6 months to 2 years of experience in Google Ads or performance marketing preferred
