The Corporate & Event Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and closing sales for training programs, conferences, and event solutions. The role requires aggressive field sales efforts, solid follow-ups, and achievement of monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate recent corporate leads through cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn, and references
Schedule meetings with HR, L&D; Heads, Admin, and Business Leaders
Build a solid prospect pipeline
Client Meetings & Sales Pitch
Conduct face-to-face meetings and virtual presentations
Understand client requirements and propose customized event/training solutions
Prepare proposals and commercial offers
Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Convert leads into confirmed business
Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures
Performance Metrics (KPI)
Number of meetings fixed per week
Revenue generated per month
Conversion ratio
Repeat business from clients
