Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process.
Maintain timely and explicit communication with all applicants, provide status updates and ensure a positive experience.
Track key recruitment metrics, on time hiring and provide weekly or monthly reports to hiring managers.
Assist with the onboarding process for current hires.
Skills and Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on volume hiring.
Experience of handling junior-to-mid level positions.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under the assigned timelines.
Experience of using any ATS platform is preferred.
