We are expanding our digital team at our Ahmedabad office and are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of Meta Ads and Google Ads with strong ROI-driven strategies.

Role Overview

This role focuses on performance marketing, with a core responsibility to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive revenue, conversions, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
Plan, execute,



and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
Run and scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping).
Implement A/B testing on creatives, audiences, targeting, and landing pages.
Analyze daily performance metrics and ensure ROAS targets are consistently met.

Data & Analytics
Track, monitor, and improve KPIs:ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, Conversions, AOV.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Campaign Strategy & Growth
Create and execute revenue-boosting strategies for sale events, festive seasons, and new launches.
Develop retargeting funnels, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
Coordinate with design and content teams for creative requirements.
Ensure alignment with marketing calendars and product availability.
