Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Qualification: Graduate (MBA/M.Com preferred)

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls.
Identify customer needs and explain relevant product solutions.
Schedule product demonstrations for interested prospects.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and close leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Update customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
Ensure a smooth handover process after successful conversion.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Prior experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Handling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.




Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
Valuable command of Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
