Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to manage student support, backend operations, and coordination with internal teams and academic partners. The role involves ensuring a seamless learning experience for students by handling queries, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:1. Student Support & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey
Guide students on course structure, schedules, assignments, and assessments
Ensure timely resolution of student concerns
Backend Operations
Maintain and update student records, attendance, and performance tracking
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program delivery
Manage LMS (Learning Management System) activities and data accuracy
Assist in scheduling sessions, exams, and academic activities
University & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with university partners and faculty for academic delivery
Ensure alignment between student requirements and university guidelines




Support documentation and compliance processes
Engagement & Communication
Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure engagement and retention
Conduct feedback sessions and improve student experience
Support webinars, orientation sessions, and academic events

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Positive organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with LMS or CRM tools is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-centric workplace

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required
MBA in any specialization will be preferred

Experience in EdTech / Education / University Coordination / Student Support roles:
