Requirement: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant

n
n• Robust experience in Oracle Cloud HCM minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a must
n• Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL, Compensation, Payroll (Qatar), ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning & HR Helpdesk
n• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
n• Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherence
n• Work with Client Onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support.
n• Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests
