Job Title: Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant with solid expertise in OFS/OFSC implementation, configuration, integrations, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field service operations, technician scheduling, routing, capacity management, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience in end-to-end implementation or AMS support projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement Oracle Field Service (OFS/OFSC) solutions
- Set up routing, capacity planning, activity types, work zones, work skills, quotas, and resource management.
- Design and configure workflows, forms, message scenarios, user types, and resource structures.
- Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion, CRM, ERP,



and external applications using OIC and REST APIs.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable field service solutions.
