Key Responsibilities
Onboard recent creators and guide them through the platform
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with creators
Help creators improve their earnings and engagement metrics
Track creator performance and provide regular feedback and support
Solve day-to-day issues and act as a trusted advisor to creators
Identify prospects to enhance the creator experience
Experience:Background in customer support, community management, or creator/talent management
People-oriented:Genuinely enjoys working with people and solving their problems
Strong communicator:Clear, empathetic, and responsive
Organized:Ability to manage multiple relationships and track performance efficiently
Proactive:Takes initiative to follow up and support creators consistently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
