Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Extend job offers, negotiate salary and perks packages, and manage the pre-onboarding process.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire.
Ensure a positive experience for applicants, maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
