The Grade 1 Class Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning workplace for young students. The role focuses on building foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development while ensuring the overall well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:
English
Mathematics
Environmental Studies (EVS)
Develop foundational reading, writing, and basic math skills
Use creative teaching methods (stories, activities, games, visual aids)
Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline positively
Monitor and evaluate students’ academic and social progress
Prepare worksheets, assignments, and assessments
Maintain student records and report progress to parents
Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs)
Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of students
Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
