Responsibilities:
Prepare and implement structured lesson plans as per the school curriculum.
Deliver lessons in an engaging and comprehensive manner using visual and audio teaching aids.
Provide individualized attention and promote interactive learning in the classroom.
Prepare and distribute study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate and record students’ academic progress, providing regular feedback.
Maintain discipline and ensure a clean, organized classroom environment.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to support student development.
Plan and conduct co-curricular, in-class, and outdoor educational activities.
Monitor students’ behavior and well-being; report any concerns appropriately.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, seminars,



and workshops for professional growth.

Eligibility Criteria
Proven experience as a Teacher (preferred).
Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, creative, energetic, and student-focused.
Solid moral values and skilled discipline.
Mandatory Qualification: B.Ed / D.El.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
