Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and professionals regarding online degrees, B.Voc, B.Tech (Part-Time), open schooling, and skill courses
Understand the academic and career goals of learners and suggest suitable programs
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into confirmed admissions
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
Participate in educational outreach, industry programs (EXEE), and admission events
Coordinate with university partners and back-office team for admission support

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum Qualification:Any UG Degree:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and one regional language
Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education sector preferred
Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills




Basic knowledge of digital tools (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
Passion for education and student success
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
