Purpose: Source high-intent leads through on-ground scouting in industrial areas and institutions; support execution team with back-end data work during non-field days.

Field Coverage: Ambad, Satpur, Sinnar, Dindori, Sangamner, and other identified clusters; MPCB/MIDC/DIC; hospital zones/new construction tracking

Major Responsibilities:
Field lead sourcing (15 days/month): visit industrial clusters to identify expansions/new base setup.
Institutional sourcing: MPCB/MIDC/DIC visits for prospect lists, approvals activity, new unit signals.
Healthcare scouting: track recent hospital builds/expansions and related promoters/contractors.
Lead handover quality: structured lead note with minimum fields (entity, location, activity signal, contact point, urgency).
