Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and accurate chat-based customer service.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, pricing details, shipping charges, and related concerns.
Work closely with team members to maintain high service quality and strengthen brand reputation.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or call center environment.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with internet-based tools.
Good analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
