Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients
Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews:
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for IT roles
Skills & Requirements:
3 months to 2 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment:
Familiarity with IT skills such as Java,.NET, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
Good understanding of the Indian IT job market:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
Basic knowledge of ATS and MS Excel is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
