Job Title: Resort Supervisor (In office)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Off: 2 leaves per month(Not permitted to take Thursday to Sunday )

This is a hands-on role with full accountability, suitable for someone who can independently manage operations and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Property Management
Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction
Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, service staff, and maintenance teams
Ensure property upkeep, safety standards, and overall ambience
Respond to guest queries, calls, and booking requests, and provide courteous in-house customer assistance.
The role also includes administrative support for the resort.
Report to Managing Director/Business Operations Manager





Budgeting & Financial Control
Plan and manage operational budgets efficiently
Control expenses and reduce wastage without compromising quality
Monitor daily revenue, costs, and basic financial reporting
Implement risk-mitigation strategies to prevent losses

Marketing, Sales & Branding
Actively encourage and execute marketing and sales initiatives
Work on local promotions, tie-ups, online listings, and branding strategies
Increase occupancy, event bookings, and walk-in customers
Support digital marketing activities (Google listings, social media coordination)

Guest Experience & Revenue Growth
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
Improve service standards to increase repeat customers
Introduce ideas to increase revenue (events, packages, experiences)
The Manager must take full ownership of monthly revenue tracking and ensure that all revenue targets
