We have an immediate requirement for Vice Principal for our prestigious school.
Responsibilities and Duties
Should be as a team player and excellent problem solver.
Excellent oratory skills and public speaking.
Open minded and ready to learn recent academic leadership skills to lead and operate English/ELA Department.
A hard task master and implementer to understand the whole academic plan under the guidance of the principal.
Effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils for the whole school.
Monitoring teacher's performance as well as effectiveness in teaching and
Evaluating the effectiveness of the programmer to inform future planning and resource needs.
Developing/monitoring the profile of their Subject within school by identifying possible training needs.
This may involve workshops,



coordinating the use of outside expertise, leading discussion at school INSET/meetings.
Who can teach Grade 9 & 10 Standards (English/ELA):
Maintaining the Subject resources and reading recent, relevant publications liaising with an appropriate on matters relating to the area of responsibility

Required Experience and QualificationsExperience:Applicants must have at least 9+ years of experience as a Vice Principal in CBSE/IGCSE/ICSE school.

Qualification:Any Graduates and Any Post-graduates with an excellent communication skills.

Salary: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
