Mill Wide Coordinator Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly organized and proactive Mill Wide Coordinator to join our team As a key player in our production planning and logistics, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating with mills, factories, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors, mills, and suppliers for timely dispatch and arrival of materials
Track and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and logistics
Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting
Communicate with production staff, management, and vendors to resolve issues and meet delivery schedules
Identify and resolve problems related to raw material shortages, production delays, or equipment downtime
Initiate and follow up on requisitions and purchasing for fabrics
Collaborate with digital print designers for sampling and production follow-up
Work closely with mills to ensure digital printing requirements are met,



and troubleshoot any print-related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role or in têxtile mills/logistics
Knowledge of digital printing processes and production workflows
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office or ERP systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience collaborating with design teams and vendors
