About the Role & Team

What You’ll Do
Create Visual Assets:
Design infographics, diagrams, icons, and other graphical elements for research reports and presentations.
Ensure visual clarity and brand consistency in style across all deliverables.
Ensure visuals are accessible, scalable, and suitable for multiple formats.
Information Visualization:
Translate technical data and research findings into easy-to-understand visuals, using best practices from consulting and research firms to ensure insights are easy to understand and actionable.
Collaboration:
Partner with research analysts, content authors, and project managers to align graphics with report narratives, brand guidelines, and client needs.
Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the highest quality output.
Design Software Proficiency:
Use industry-standard design tools and related software to create and edit graphics.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting client deadlines and internal service level agreements.




Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Keep up to date with the latest design trends and tools in technical content visualization, including AI-powered graphic creation and interactive report features.

What You Bring
Experience:
3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience creating infographics and data visualizations for technical or business topics, ideally within market research, consulting, or technology sectors.

A portfolio featuring work that meets the visual standards of leading market research, consulting, or technology firms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in commonly used graphic design tools and Microsoft M365 software suite (including PowerPoint).
Design Knowledge:
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory.
Experience working with style guides and design systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
