We are looking for a hands-on Lead to own the design, delivery, and support of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process within Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM , with deep functional command of Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), and Shipping . This role leads a team of functional and technical consultants delivering implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, while acting as the primary point of accountability for solution quality, client relationships, and delivery timelines.

You'll bridge business process and system design, translating order fulfillment, pricing, promising, and logistics requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations, while mentoring a team and engaging directly with client/business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Leadership

- Lead end-to-end solution design across the Order-to-Cash cycle: order capture, pricing and discounting, order orchestration, global order promising/ATP, fulfillment, shipping, and integration to Receivables/Revenue Management.
- Own configuration decisions for Order Management (order orchestration, workflows, order import), Advanced Pricing (pricing strategies, price lists,



discounting rules), GOP (sourcing rules, ATP rules, supply allocation), and Shipping Execution (shipping parameters, pick/pack/ship, carrier integration).
- Review and approve functional design documents (BR100/BP080-equivalent), configuration workbooks, and test scripts produced by the team.
- Troubleshoot complex, cross-module issues (e.g., orders stuck in orchestration, pricing discrepancies, promising/ATP failures, shipment exceptions) and drive root-cause resolution.

Delivery & Project Management

- Manage project plans, timelines, and resourcing for OTC workstreams across implementations, rollouts, and AMS/support engagements.
- Own client-facing status reporting, risk/issue escalation, and steering committee updates.
- Coordinate cutover, data migration (FBDI/HDL for orders, price lists, sourcing rules), and go-live activities for the OTC track.
- Manage scope, identify change requests, and support estimation/effort sizing for new work.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Oracle Fusion functional/techno-functional consultants.
- Conduct performance reviews, allocate work, and support career development of direct reports.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders on OTC-related matters.
- Support presales activities: solution demos, proposal responses, and effort estimates for OTC/Pricing/GOP/Shipping scope.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

- Establish and enforce testing standards (unit, SIT, UAT) for OTC processes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle Redwood features, automation, and standard functionality to reduce customization.
- Stay current on Oracle quarterly release updates impacting Order Management, Pricing, GOP, and Shipping, and assess/communicate impact to stakeholders.
