nTCS is hiring for experienced Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ARCS solutions to streamline reconciliation, compliance, financial close, and reporting processes.

nKey Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle ARCS solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Configure:

- Balance Comparison
n
- Variance Analysis
n
- Design reconciliation workflows, approval processes, and dashboards.

- Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, rules, and security.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and management analytics.
n
- Build integrations with ERP and financial systems.
n
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
n
- Perform UAT, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.
n




- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Compliance teams.
n
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
