Job Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Conduct refraction and prescribe appropriate spectacles/contact lenses as per clinical guidelines.
- Perform preliminary eye screening and identify potential ocular conditions.
- Assist Ophthalmologists during patient examination and pre/post-operative procedures.
- Counsel patients regarding eye care, spectacles, contact lenses and recommended treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Handle optometry equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Support OPD, eye camps and hospital/clinic activities when required.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, reception and other hospital departments.
- Maintain professional standards, patient safety and excellent patient experience.

Eligibility
- B.Optom / B.Sc.



Optometry / Diploma in Optometry or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills preferred.
- Candidates with hospital/eye-care experience will be an added advantage.
