Role Description The Opportunity Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position focuses on identifying and nurturing prospective candidates and client relationships, conducting research on companies and roles, and supporting recruitment campaigns.

The associate will engage with candidates and clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand hiring needs and career aspirations, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Daily responsibilities include screening candidate profiles, coordinating interviews,



supporting fundraising or business development initiatives, and preparing concise reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with the recruitment and account management teams to ensure a smooth, effective hiring process and positive experience for all parties.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and research capabilities to understand market trends, evaluate candidate profiles, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with fundraising or business development activities to assist in outreach, partnership building, and growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and the ability to manage data accurately.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, social sciences, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with diverse stakeholders.
