1.JOB PURPOSE To oversee and manage plant operations through Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). The operator takes responsibility for monitoring, controlling and troubleshooting automated systems to ensure smooth, safe and efficient production processes.

2.CORE JOB AREA JOB REPOSIBILITIES

Monitor and Control

-Operate and Monitor plant machinery and systems via PLC interface.

Troubleshooting

-Diagnose issues in automated systems and resolve them promptly.

System Optimization

-Suggest improvements for efficiency and performance

Safety and Compliance

-Adhere to all health, safety and environmental HSE regulations.

Maintain reports

-Maintain accurate logs of operations, equipment status, incidents and generate reports on plant performance and downtime.

3.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

-Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation or related field.





-2+ years of experience in operating PLC controlled systems.

4.SKILLS / BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

-Excellent analytical skills

-Excellent problem-skills

-Good communication and report writing skill

-Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMIs and industrial automation.

-Proven experience in operating PLC-controlled systems

-Solid knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures

-Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
