The Mutual Fund Operations Executive is responsible for smooth execution of all mutual fund transactions and back-office activities. Key duties include client onboarding, KYC and FATCA completion, SIP and lump-sum transaction processing, folio creation, and coordination with AMCs and platforms. The executive must ensure accurate data entry, timely transaction execution, and verification of statements and confirmations. Maintaining proper documentation, resolving client queries, handling service requests, and supporting audits and compliance requirements are essential. Timely reporting, error-free processing, and adherence to regulatory guidelines are critical for effective operations and client satisfaction.
