BPO Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (Part-Time | Freshers Welcome)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident BPO Telecallers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in customer interaction and support.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for communicating with customers over phone calls, understanding their requirements, and providing accurate information in a qualified manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls professionally
Communicate clearly with customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu:
Explain products/services and resolve basic customer queries
Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
Update customer details accurately in the system
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Meet daily/weekly calling targets (where applicable)

Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers can apply (no prior experience required)
Good verbal communication skills
Fluency in English,



Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn and adapt
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
Students looking for part-time work
Recent graduates
