We are looking for a female Telecaller with valuable English communication skills to handle outbound and/or inbound calls professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain call records and update customer information
Follow up with interested leads and close deals when required
Maintain polite, confident, and qualified communication
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
Ability to convince and handle customers confidently
Freshers can apply; experience is an added advantage
