Job Summary:
The Associate Professor is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting research, mentoring students, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting departmental and institutional initiatives. The role requires academic leadership, scholarly activities, and active participation in accreditation, research, and industry engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical classes as per the curriculum.
Develop course plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
Conduct continuous assessment, examinations, and evaluation of student performance.
Utilize creative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning tools.
Ensure effective implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE).

Research & Publications
Conduct quality research in the relevant field of specialization.




Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
Guide undergraduate, postgraduate, and research projects.
Promote innovation, patent filing, and interdisciplinary research activities.

Student Mentoring & Development
Mentor students for academic, skilled, and personal development.
Guide students in projects, internships, competitions, and placements.
Support students in higher education and career planning.
Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and overall performance.

Curriculum Development
Participate in curriculum design and revision activities.
Develop industry-oriented course content aligned with emerging trends.
Prepare study materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools.

Academic Administration
Participate in departmental meetings and institutional committees.
Assist in accreditation activities such as NBA, NAAC, and AICTE compliance.
