Key Responsibilities:
Interact with walk-in and telephonic inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Provide honest, career-focused counselling to students and parents.
Explain course details clearly and passionately (Graphics, Animation, VFX, Gaming, etc.).
Maintain a database of inquiries and follow-ups via CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with faculty and management for student onboarding.
Represent the institute during seminars, events, and school/college visits.
Keep record of student monthly collection and keep them in time.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or sales (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi/ and Punjabi.
Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
Confident, friendly, and student-focused personality.

Bonus if you:




Have prior experience in educational counselling.
Are tech-savvy and can handle company's portal as well as basic marketing tools or social media.
