Shree Arts is looking for a responsible, organised, and computer-friendly person to support the day-to-day operations of our women’s Indian ethnic wear store.

This role involves handling store records, inventory updates, billing, cashier duties, admin work, and coordination with the sales team to make sure the store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle billing and cashier duties at the store
Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment entries accurately
Maintain daily sales records and payment reports
Keep track of all pieces coming in and going out of the store
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Update product details, pricing, stock status, and item movement
Ensure every piece is properly entered, labelled, organised, and traceable
Coordinate with sales staff for sold, altered, pending, exchanged, or transferred items
Maintain purchase entries, supplier records, invoices, and internal documents
Help with daily admin work, reporting,



follow-ups, and store coordination
Support management with computer-based tasks and record keeping
Make sure store systems and records are updated regularly and accurately

Requirements:
Positive knowledge of computers and basic software
Comfortable using billing, POS, inventory systems, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Honest, responsible, and careful with money handling
Robust attention to detail
Well-organised and reliable
Able to manage records accurately without constant supervision
Valuable communication skills
Comfortable working from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Prior experience in retail, billing, inventory, admin, accounts, or store operations will be preferred
Experience in clothing, boutique, ethnic wear, or fashion retail is a plus

Who We Are Looking For:
Salary: Based on experience and capability

Pay: ₹10,819.40 - ₹25,457.43 per month
